Julie has been a godsend. On a scale of one to ten…she is a 10 for sure. Fabulous. She responds quickly, gets things fixed and always knows who to turn to. Recently we were having what I consider serious issues with multiple calls from our voice carrier and Julie quickly got Joe Harre involved.
Joe was very quick to find out what was going on with the carrier. He kept me informed, worked the problem and got it fixed. While this may not sound like much, we are in our busiest time of time of the year and this could have been a disaster. Joe is wonderful.
