“I will say that I have NEVER been a fan of using a third party to manage our accounts and circuits. I always thought it would be another iron in the fire that I had to sort through! I must say that I have been extremely satisfied with the service and benefits of working with ARG. During the recent troubles that we’ve been trying to isolate, you’ve been able to escalate our troubles to the top levels within (carriers). You’ve come on site several times with test equipment to work and test head to head with the carriers, and the PBX vendor. This is invaluable to us as a service. We do not own that type of expensive test equipment, and that alone is a huge benefit. I appreciate you guys (and gals) jumping on conference calls with us at all hours of the day and night to resolve troubles. To sum it up, you do a great job of helping to keep the vendors on their toes.”
