“I must tell you that Joe has been awesome (along with everyone else over there I’ve worked with). We’ve had some minor issues on one of our circuits, and Joe has been on top of it. I haven’t had to ask him for follow ups, he’s been awesome at relaying information, and pushing through with every “next step” to try and resolve the issue. While we don’t have an answer yet as to the causes of the issue, I can say with confidence that I know it’s not for a lack of effort on Joe’s part. It’s very few and far between where I can rave about a support experience in the IT field, but this has certainly been one of them.”
