Vickie Nguyen manages customer relationships and contract renewals as a trusted, day-to-day point of contact for her clients — supporting account changes, billing questions, service moves, and everything in between. She works across ARG’s full range of industries, holding providers accountable to their commitments and stepping in on escalations to drive fast resolution. 

With 25 years in the industry, including 15 at ARG and prior account management experience at Windstream and XO Communications, Vickie has built her reputation on identifying cost-saving opportunities during renewals and resolving billing and service issues by coordinating between providers and ARG’s internal teams. She also supports her colleagues directly, training new team members on ARG’s systems and processes as they join the company. 

Vickie’s approach is straightforward: build long-term, trusted relationships rather than manage one-off transactions.
