Todd Yuffee maintains and grows ARG’s Northeast client base, working across law firms, museums, healthcare organizations, and retail businesses to understand their pain points and connect them with the right ARG specialists and solutions. Most experienced in UCaaS, he typically brings clients several options and helps them narrow to the best fit. 

Todd has been in the telecom industry since 1988 and, as owner of Capital Phones, Inc., has purchased used telecom equipment from hundreds of ARG customers over the years — giving him an unusually direct view into how clients actually use their technology. That history, combined with six years at ARG, is why clients turn to him for help with service provider renewals and day-to-day questions about their phone systems. 

Todd holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Maryland and is a longtime advocate for Random Acts of Kindness, a cause he introduces to as many people as he can.
