Storm Karlsen helps clients make technology decisions by taking a consultative approach to understanding their business needs today and where they’re headed. Using ARG’s partner network, he designs solutions in connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services that fit a client’s current environment while helping future-proof it, for healthcare organizations and multi-location businesses that often include international operations.

With 46 years in the industry and 24 as an ARG partner, Storm helped bring ARG into the Richmond, Virginia market years ago and has built a reputation for translating between the C-suite and technical teams — and back again. His technical grounding runs deep: carrier backbone design, IP fundamentals, and satellite communications from geosynchronous to low-earth orbit.

Storm holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology and supports Tech for Troops. Outside of work, he tends a large organic garden, growing vegetables, peppers, and herbs.
