Crystal McIntosh supports ARG’s Managing Partners in building long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor through a client’s full technology lifecycle — from implementation and billing to renewal and beyond. She works closely with multi-location, international, financial services, and insurance clients, coordinating with ARG’s consultants and Managing Partners on renewal strategy and new services. 

With 29 years in the industry and 14 at ARG, Crystal built her practice on client experience, upselling, and retention before moving into account management. Clients and colleagues rely on her to build solid relationships, negotiate contracts, and escalate difficult problems on a client’s behalf, with a focus on ensuring clients realize value after implementation — not just at the point of sale — by working across ARG’s teams to support their broader business goals. 

Outside of ARG, Crystal is active in her neighborhood watch program.
