Cassie Diehl starts by understanding a client’s business — its initiatives, its challenges — before bringing forward the technology solutions that help it overcome them. She works across unified communications, contact center, cloud, security, managed services, and complex networking, with a focus on healthcare, government contracting, law firms, and other clients with compliance requirements, typically larger, multi-location organizations. 

Cassie has spent 22 years in the industry — five and a half of them at NetGain before ARG’s 2009 acquisition, and 16 at ARG since. Inside the firm, she’s known for keeping ARG’s data and process discipline consistent, work that supports better strategic decisions and more informed client engagement, and for bringing new technologies and ideas to her peers. 

Cassie has contributed to ARG’s healthcare industry page and its AI-Enabled Communications Market Insights & Decision Guide, and was named a 2025 Channel Futures Technology Advisor 101 honoree. She holds a B.A. in Marketing from Penn State University and serves on the board of the Darnestown Swim and Racquet Club. A proud wife and mother of two teenage daughters, she’s just as often found cheering courtside or on a pool deck as she is at her desk.
