Brett Pavitt serves as a strategic technology advisor, helping organizations bring clarity to complex IT decisions across on-premises infrastructure, cloud, data centers, networking, cybersecurity, managed services, and AI. He stays personally involved from strategy through execution, connecting ARG’s technical expertise, market intelligence, and operational resources to help clients reduce risk, improve performance, and put their technology spend to better use. 

Brett’s foundation is in enterprise communications and collaboration, built over 22 years including leadership roles at Mitel and RingCentral, where he helped large, complex organizations modernize their communications and customer-engagement environments and align technology decisions with operational and financial priorities. That provider-side experience — much of it gained working directly with ARG — gives him a firsthand view of how to turn vendor capabilities into outcomes that hold up, for enterprise clients and smaller or franchise businesses alike. 

Clients and colleagues know Brett for asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and staying engaged until a decision delivers the result it was meant to. He serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and, outside of work, values time with family and friends.
