Andrea Veloso builds and maintains the customer relationships that help clients get the most from their technology decisions, working alongside each client’s ARG consultant to understand their needs and coordinating ARG’s internal teams to resolve concerns from implementation through ongoing service. Her Northeast client base includes nonprofits and smaller organizations, along with several larger clients in healthcare and banking. 

Andrea spent most of her 30-year career in project management before moving into account management, and that background shows in how she works — as an extension of her clients’ own teams, ready to escalate a repair issue, resolve a billing discrepancy, or coordinate a call with a provider about renewals and solutions. After ARG restructured its Northeast team, Andrea’s continuity became one of her biggest contributions: making sure her clients stayed taken care of through the transition.
