Beginning with our move at the end of 2009, we were so happy to have you on our team because when (carrier) dropped the ball (as they so often do) you were there to step in and help us out. This year we’ve faced challenges with changing conferencing providers and you were there once again to help us out (even when part of the problem was MY misunderstanding of what we were supposed to do).
