“We recently selected the services of ARG in partnership with a phone vendor to bring in a new phone system. We ultimately ordered a PRI, which was supposed to be turned up tomorrow. We had to hire a separate cabling company to terminate the line into our suite and there was some concern over whether or not we would have problems with that line while we turning up the PRI.
Today at noon, the ARG engineer showed up because they happened to be in the neighborhood and wanted to test the line prior to the cutover. Frankly, this blew me away and brought us a lot of relief because the line was not in fact connected correctly.
Further, in conjunction with the project manager who has kept us abreast of every update at every step of the way, we were able to turn up the PRI today and test it.
